Tech enthusiasts who love high performing but easy to use audio gear should get to know the NuraLoop. It covers all of your preferences like active noise cancelation, customizable controls, and a snug gel-tip fit, and adds an aux cord connection and custom listening profiles. What’s more? Here is the complete review of Nuraloop Earbuds.

Though it is not as sleek-looking as competitive true wireless earbuds like the AirPods Pro, Jabra Elite 75T, or Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus, the NuraLoop succeeded to perform much higher with audio power and well-implemented features.

The NuraLoop has a unique connector, and we’re not completely satisfied by its appearances, but as you’ll understand by the conclusion of this NuraLoop review, anyone interested to spend on high-quality but compact wireless earbuds should have these on their wish-list.

Design

These all-black earbuds, set off by the Nura logo on either bud, are finely built but are clearly engineered for enthusiast use rather than for style. It’s worth regarding that the NuraLoop is wireless, but it isn’t true wireless. Unlike your normal pair of AirPods, there’s a cable connecting both earpieces.

With four total ear gels to pick from in the box (10.5mm, 12mm, 13.5mm, and 15mm in diameter respectively, you’re good to go for the rest of your time when you are wearing as they sit well in the ear.

Setup and App

Nura needs the use of its iOS or Android app when you use the NuraLoop. So the setup process works like this. You put on the NuraLoop (they connect automatically when you wear them), connect your device via Bluetooth, then connect it to the Nura app, which you’ll need to make an account for if you don’t have one already.

Controls

There are no visible buttons on the NuraLoop, as you control it via the capacitive “TouchDial” on either earpiece. You can tap these controls to turn things on or off or move your finger clockwise or anticlockwise around them to increase the volume or the intensity of the active noise cancellation, although you can customize these to some degree in the app.

Sound Quality

The big and fat design really pays off here, as we’re satisfied these earbuds cancel sound just as well as our great Sony WH-1000XM3 noise-canceling headphones. The buzzing of our laptop’s fan and the murmuring conversation of our coworkers in other rooms were all efficiently canceled out at maximum cancellation.

Connectivity

The NuraLoop runs on a reasonably regular Bluetooth 5.0 connection to link up with your device. It’s not the latest Bluetooth 5.1 standard, but we have no objections to make about the fidelity of the connection.

Battery Life and Charging

We’ve been using the NuraLoop each time we’d usually pull out our own headphones to listen to music or video on our phone during work hours. It’s been just over a week of average intensity usage, and we’ve only had to charge the NuraLoop twice, so the rated 16 hours of battery life appears to be perfect.

Our only objection comes back to the exclusive connector. You only get one charging cable in the box, and a reasonably short one at that.

Price

The NuraLoop is available from May 13. You can only buy it online via Nura’s own website, either for $199 or £199. There’s only one model, and one available color: black.
